Terms of Service

Symm is an independent fantasy football trade discovery tool for leagues on Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN and Fleaflicker. It suggests trade ideas and tells two managers when they both like the same one. A match in Symm is not a completed trade. Every official trade still has to be proposed and accepted on your fantasy platform. Symm never submits trades for you.

Symm is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, Fleaflicker, the NFL, any NFL team, or the player value providers we use (such as FantasyCalc and DynastyProcess). Their names and data belong to their owners.

You need to be at least 13 to use Symm. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Only claim the team you actually manage. You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings.

Symm Free costs nothing. Symm Pro and Symm Commish are paid yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown before you pay, and Stripe processes the payment.

• Paid plans renew automatically each year at the current price until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.
• You can cancel any time from Plans & billing in Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Changed your mind? Email symmadmin@gmail.com within 7 days of any charge, including a yearly renewal, and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. The refunded plan ends when the refund is issued. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us any time.
• Symm Commish is bought by one manager for their whole league. If that manager cancels, the league keeps Commish features until the end of the paid period. If that manager deletes their Symm account, Commish ends for the league right away and does not renew.

We may change what each plan includes. If a change takes away something you paid for, we will tell you first.

Please don't:

• use Symm for leagues you don't belong to;
• claim another manager's team or impersonate anyone;
• use trade links or invites to spam or harass people;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Team names, manager names and avatars come from your fantasy platform and are chosen by the managers in each league, not by Symm. We show them so you can recognize your leaguemates, but we don't write, review or endorse them, and we aren't responsible for what they say. Some managers pick names that others may find offensive. We may hide or replace a name on any page, especially on pages that can be shared publicly. To report one, email symmadmin@gmail.com.

Trade ideas, player values, fairness scores and team descriptions are estimates. Some team descriptions are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Values change, every league is different, and you are responsible for your own roster decisions. Please don't rely on Symm as your only source when making a trade.

Symm is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that any trade will happen. Features may change or be removed. To the extent the law allows, Symm is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
